Where do I begin?
Juice cleansing is a way to enable the body to naturally go into detox mode whilst flooding it with live nutrients and enzymes. Pick from one of our cleanse packages or build your own. (Best ordered in advance to ensure we’ve pressed enough.)
The main difference between the three levels of cleanses has to do with how well your body can tolerate a juice cleanse, and how well your palate can tolerate green (non-fruit-based) juices. If you are new to juicing and aren’t used to as much green juice, start with Rejuvenate Cleanse and gradually work your way up. If you are more physically active and require some protein intake during your cleanse, we recommend Rejuvenate Cleanse as well for the inclusion of two almond-based drinks. You can also mix-and-match any of our juices to build your own cleanse!

Before Your Juice Cleanse
We believe preparation (2-3 days prior to cleanse) for your juice cleanse is just as important as the juice cleanse itself. Be sure that you are hydrating yourself with plenty of water leading up to your juice cleanse. We recommend eliminating meats and poultry, refined starches, dairy products, sugar, alcohol, caffeine and sugar. Eat whole foods including veggies, fruits, soups & nuts (almonds/cashews). If you are craving meat try a whitefish instead. We do offer pre-cleanse packages if you are interested in prepping your body prior to starting a juice cleanse. Please ask an associate for details!
During Your Juice Cleanse
Your body is now ready to enjoy the benefits of a SOHO Juice Co. juice cleanse! Be sure to keep yourself hydrated throughout the day by drinking plenty of water in between each juice. We like to consume our juices every 2-3 hours, but listen to your body and drink up when your body craves it. Make sure to get plenty of rest. Lighten your workload and try to do low intensity exercises like yoga or light walks. It is ok to feel a little uncomfortable at times during your juice cleanse as your body is getting used to digesting only pure nutrients. If you find yourself needing to eat something, try drinking a veggie broth or eating raw veggie/fruit slices.
After Your Juice Cleanse
Now that you have completed your juice cleanse, it is time to get your body back on track (2-3 days after). The natural reaction is that you want to go back to eating the way you did before your juice cleanse but we recommend easing back to normalcy. We recommend consuming the same diet used to prepare for the cleanse. Eat whole foods including veggies, fruits, soups & nuts (almonds/cashews). After a couple days it is ok to start introducing back meats and proteins into the diet but take it slow in order to achieve the maximum benefit of the juice cleanse.We do offer post-cleanse packages if you are interested.
